About Module 4: Connecting With the PRINCE2 Starting Up A Project Process

Starting Up a Project is key to all remaining processes as it lays the foundational terms of reference upon which they lay. 

You will learn how the PRINCE2 Journey starts pre-project, then proceeds to the initiation stage, moving onto subsequent stages and their stage boundaries, onto the final stage, and plans for benefit realization post project.
