You will grasp how the controlling a stage process purpose is to assign work, monitor such work, handle issues, report progress to the project board, and take corrective actions to ensure that the stage remains within the tolerances set by the project board
During the processes, the project manager and team manager need to ensure that the products of each stage are delivered at the right time and within agreed tolerances
