- STEP ONE. You and I meet up for a FREE informal non-committal chat on MS Teams. I find out more about your situation and requirements, and you get to ask questions about me, Dave Litten. don’t worry, you’ll get NO sales patter or pressure – in fact, I insist you convince yourself this is what you need and then get back to me if you want to proceed. We will also determine your availability and timescales.

Contact me with MS TEAMS. my email is dave.litten@projex.com - STEP TWO. You enrol on my one-to-one PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Coaching Program: Join Projex Academy To Boost Your Project Management Skills – The Projex Academy For Professional Project Managers
- STEP THREE. I email you your first assignment which will consist of relevant PRINCE2 Training videos, and accompanying Handbooks, workshops, exercises and sample exam questions, answers, and rationale
- STEP FOUR. You watch the videos and carry out your exercises as above. This may take several days as you will have agreed. During this time, you can email/MS Teams me any questions or concerns if needed. You and I will determine when you want your next coaching session
- STEP FIVE. We hold out MS Team Coaching Session together via MS Teams, and at the end, I will set your next assignment and date (which I also send you via email).
- STEP SIX. Repeat steps three through five. I will then send you two sample exams along with answers and rational.
- STEP SEVEN. You book and pay your exams via PeopleCert, pass and become a PRINCE2 Practitioner!
