What do I need to sit my PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER Exam?
To be eligible to sit the PRINCE2® Practitioner examination, a candidate must provide proof of having passed one of the following:
- PRINCE2 5th edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
- PRINCE2 6th edition (Foundation)
It is recognized from prior learning and achievements of individuals within the Project Management Professional (PMP) community, who want to gain their PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
Candidates who wish to have their prior certification recognized must be able to provide documentary proof to the Examination Institute (EI) that their qualification remains current. The following qualifications are also accepted prerequisites for your PRINCE2 7th Edition Practitioner exam:
- Association for Project Management (AMP)
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
- Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
- Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- International Project Management Association (IPMA)
- IPMA Level A® (Certified Projects Director)
- IPMA Level B® (Certified Senior Project Manager)
- IPMA Level C® (Certified Project Manager)
- IPMA Level D® (Certified Project Management Associate)
Individual IPMA member associations have local interpretations of these certificates.
