On November 18, 2020, Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland published an update of the Scrum Guide, with the aim of “bringing Scrum back to being a minimally sufficient framework by removing or softening prescriptive language”.
So, what does that mean, and what impact does that have on our Projex Academy Scrum Masterclass? Not much actually. However, the focus of the 2020 update is to provide better definition around some key scrum areas - but Scrum’s three Roles, five Events, and three Artifacts remain unchanged.
A bit of trimming around the middle to make Scrum better understood is how I see it. So, with that in mind, I have created four additional video modules plus Handbook that ties these strands together after you have studied our Scrum Masterclass training – Enjoy!
