Project Estimating Techniques
This is Module ONE of the DELIVERING A PROJECT Group. This is the first of three modules covering project estimating techniques. I start by describing how estimating fits in with the delivery of a project. We will examine why estimates have multiple purposes and the use of the estimating funnel. I give you an overview of how the different estimating methods are used throughout a typical project life cycle.
