Compare Library and report differences

This command is sometimes referred to as a TRUE UP utility:

This command builds a database of all objects in both libraries and compares them reporting any differences. The neat thing about it is the second library has the option of residing on a different machine. So you can compare a copy of your production program library on the DEV box with the same library on the TST box.
